NYAT builds business software that bends to how you actually work — your words, your workflow — instead of forcing you to use someone else's idea of the perfect tool. We turn the daily chaos into something you can manage.
Rigid tools make you bend to their rules — rename nothing, change nothing, work their way. NYAT is built the opposite way: one adaptable core that mirrors how you already work.
Run your service business in one place — customers, jobs, scheduling, invoices, payments, time, and your whole team. On every device, and you can just ask it.
See NYAT Ops →The accounting lens on the same records — bookkeeping and financials that speak your firm's language, no re-entering anything.
See NYAT Accounting →One core, many solutions — more on the way.
Our products aren't separate apps you stitch together — they're different views of the same records. Create something once, and it's already there everywhere. No export, no sync, no re-entering anything.
A job, its schedule, and what's billed vs. still owed.
That same money as revenue, receivables, and your financials.
The same items as stock drawn down, reordered, and synced to your sales channels.
Record a payment in accounting and your ops dashboard already knows. Invoice a job in ops and it's already in your books. One set of records — you just choose the view.
Call them Jobs or Tasks, Customers or Clients. The software speaks your business's language, not ours.
One real set of records — every screen is a view of it, never a separate silo to keep in sync.
Turn a few dials and the same core fits how you run — no custom builds, no squeezing your work into our mold.
One core, proven in the wild. The same engine has been configured for businesses as different as a field-service dispatch crew, a bookkeeping firm, and a lumber supplier — without forking the code. It bends to the business, not the other way around.
I spent years in the accounting departments of companies across all kinds of industries — and nearly every one put me through a software migration or two. It was the same story every time: the owner picked the software, and the people who actually used it were left to "make it work" — a spreadsheet here, a workaround there, until the workarounds became the job.
I started my own bookkeeping business so I could help clients more directly, then took a tech-support job for a change of pace (while keeping the books going) — where I re-learned every nightmare of calling support, this time from the other side of the phone.
Then my husband started a fire-protection business, and I nagged him about getting software to stay organized. Eventually I figured I should take my own advice — and when I went looking for something I actually liked, I came up empty. His software was good, but it could always be better. 😄 So I said, "Screw it. I'll make my own."
Somewhere in building mine, I realized I could build his, too. And the deeper I got, the funnier it got — the AI I was building it with kept getting confused about which app I was working on, because underneath, they were the same software. Same core, just dialed in for a different business.
That's NYAT. One adaptable core that fits your business — your words, your workflow — instead of making you fit someone else's idea of the perfect tool. Built by someone who's lived on every side of it: using it, supporting it, and finally building it.
